Shipping Destinations
We currently provide shipping services only within the United States. For deliveries to other North American countries and regions, please contact support@hansmaker.com.
Restricted & Unavailable Destinations:
Due to logistical constraints, trade regulations, or regional instability, we are unable to ship to the following regions:
- United States: Hawaii, Alaska, and certain U.S. overseas territories and remote islands (including Wake Island, Midway Atoll, Johnston Atoll, Howland Island, Baker Island, Kingman Reef, Palmyra Atoll, Jarvis Island, Navassa Island)
- Certain remote island nations and territories (e.g., specific areas in the Pacific Islands)
If your shipping address is in an unsupported region, the checkout system will be unable to process your order.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) after the order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery time is 1–4 business days after shipment.
- Shipping carriers used include USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
Please note: unexpected events such as severe weather or logistics disruptions may cause delays.
Shipping Fees
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over $59. Applicable shipping fees apply to orders below this amount.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery may be affected during public holidays, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- While these are outside our control, we will do our best to notify you and minimize any inconvenience.
