2.Activity period:

Main events are valid from 15/12/2025 to 31/12/2025.

All products sold during this event are on a pre-order basis, with an estimated shipping date of January 15, 2026.

hansmaker reserves the right to change a part or whole of the Campaign at any time without giving notice to the Customer.

3.Event area:

This event is available globally, but participation is limited to the "hansmaker official" website.

4. Event description:

This campaign consists of the following 4 events:

4.1.1 Purchase a certain amount on the official website to receive a corresponding discount.Please note that this offer cannot be combined with other offers.

4.2.1. Subscription Benefits

All subscribers will receive a subscription coupon package containing a $100 discount on orders of $1,000 or more. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other items, cash, or points.

4.3.1. The first 100 customers who participate in the "Shop and Win Big Prizes" campaign and successfully subscribe to the hansmaker store newsletter will have a chance to win a prize. Each user has only one chance to win. Please note that the prize will be shipped with your purchase.We will notify the winners individually via email.

5. Coupon Terms and Conditions

5.1. Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are applicable to all products and are valid only for a limited time (December 15th to December 31st, Pacific Standard Time), while supplies last.

5.2. To redeem a coupon online, please enter the coupon code at checkout. Customers can choose to use the coupon, purchase a discount, or other available offers, but if other discounts have already been used at checkout, the purchase discount will no longer apply.

5.3. Can only be used on the hansmaker.com website.

5.4. Coupons are for one-time use only, are non-transferable, non-resaleable, and non-auctionable, and cannot be exchanged for any other goods, cash, or credit.

5.5.  Once a coupon is successfully redeemed, it cannot be cancelled, redeemed, or refunded.

5.6. If you return any items purchased using the coupon, the coupon discount or amount may be deducted from the refund amount.

5.7. Coupons are invalid in jurisdictions where they are restricted or prohibited by law.

6. 30-Day Price Match Guarantee

6.1. Orders placed through hansmaker.com during promotional periods are eligible for a 30-day price match guarantee.

6.2.  If you find a lower price on hansmaker.com within 30 days of placing your order (excluding flash sales and member-only prices), you can contact support@hansmaker.com to request a price adjustment.

6.3.  If your order includes a free gift, the refund amount will be deducted from the price difference from the gift's value.

6.4. This price guarantee applies only to items purchased on hansmaker.com. The lower price must be the same item on hansmaker.com.

6.5. This price match does not apply to marketplace resellers, financing offers, coupons, gift card offers, bundled sales, freebies, customizable configurations, special products, pricing errors, service and installation offers, items advertised as limited-time offers, out-of-stock items, daily specials, flash sales, clearance sales, discontinued items, final sales, or any paid membership club offers.

7.2. Orders shipped to island regions, Hawaii, or Alaska are not eligible for delivery. Please see our shipping policy for details.

7.3. Hansmaker reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, subject to applicable laws. We also reserve the right to disqualify any customer from participating in the promotion in the event of fraud or abuse.

7.4. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and understand that Hansmaker's decision is final and binding. No letters or complaints regarding the promotion will be accepted. Hansmaker reserves the right to make the final interpretation of this promotion.

7.5. During the promotion, all orders must comply with Hansmaker's purchase agreement and return policy. This promotion is not applicable to wholesale or distributor orders.

7.6. Unauthorized or fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from participating in this promotion.

7.7. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7.8. All gifts in this promotion are limited in quantity and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Any issues not covered in these terms shall be subject to the final interpretation of hansmaker.

7.9. hansmaker shall not be liable for delays caused by reasons beyond its control (including, but not limited to, network transmission failures).

7.10. hansmaker shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage caused by any action or negligence of any party (including participants) as a result of their participation in this promotion.

7.11. Participants agree to release hansmaker from all claims, including claims for breach of contract, tort, negligence, or other legal or equitable claims arising out of or in connection with their participation in this promotion.

7.12. We may be unable to accept certain orders or must cancel certain orders. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors.

7.13. hansmaker reserves the right to adjudicate any dispute arising out of or related to this promotion.
